Must be familiar with international Codes and Standards of Oil & Gas i.e. ASME and API requirements in perticular |

Co-ordinate work with other team members. |

Day to daywork delegation and management of the all Departments |

Overall co-ordination of customer contracts within the department & handle with client’s day-to-day issues and queries |

Main point of contact between other company departments and external third parties regarding project related activities |
|
Checking and verification of design documentation including the review and implementation of client specifications. |
|
Aid with resource management to enable on time completion of project targets. |
|
To achive department KPI, cost and resource control |
|
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting man hours expended, earned, and actual and productivity. |
|
Ensuring that all designs meet the requirements of the Company's Certification, local and internal standards and regulations. |
|
Liaising with maintenance. QC, safety, Engineering, planning, procurement and production to ensure that resources are available when needed. |
|
Ensuring that “AS built” information is supplied to engineering department by QA/QC in a timely manner. |
